When tucking your rope through to create weave, fold the rope in half and pull it through doubled so you are only pulling half the length with every twist. This will save time and energy. Also, pull the majority of the rope through near the upper ring of the drum where there is more room under the tension ropes. Again, this will save time, as well as keeping your weave rope from twisting and reducing wear on all the ropes involved.
